Our second Editor Feature – reflecting on our theme in anticipation of Issue 2

Passage is a theme we chose for many reasons, one of them being an overwhelming sense of change and transformation in our own lives that felt difficult to pinpoint or define. In ways that can range from unavoidably apparent to minuscule and subtle, we transform in bits and pieces every day. In this editor feature, we the editors took some time to reflect on the presence of passage in our own lives – more specifically, where we locate it, where it is held; moments, places, and objects that feel most saturated by this feeling of transformation, of change, of passage. Our reflections took up the shape of a collage – here, you can read and look through our individual experiences with the feeling of passage and see how it often manifests in our day-to-day lives.
